I have a special, personal announcement I wanted to share. I finally asked my girlfriend of nearly 4 years to marry me! It has been such a joyous event that has uplifted our lives with such great support from family and friends that I wanted to share the details of how it went down!
This past week, I was having a tough time mentally, physically and emotionally, so I made a vlog sharing all of that in a stream of consciousness style. From a young friend passing away to being unable to workout to letting the news ravage my brain, I talk about the highs and lows of life, and how to get back on your horse when you inevitably fall off.
Since I’ve had a training log for over several years, I recently realized that every 3-4 months, no matter how perfect everything is going, something happens where I cannot workout consistently for a week or 2 or more.
