Just go to www.unroll.me and you can EASILY unsubscribe from hundreds of mailing lists that you never want to see again.
You simply put your e-mail address and password and they will scan your inbox. They found 197 subscriptions for me in a couple minutes.
All I had to do was check which ones I wanted to unsubscribe from.
