I had an absolutely stunning morning and I have to share it. I don't know why, but I do. Maybe as I write this out it will make sense why I"m sharing it, so here goes. For the past few days I had gotten too enveloped into bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and it was somewhat taking over my life and me getting sucked into the drama in that space not realizing much it sucked me into its world. What/Where is the Masseter Muscle? It's technically the most important skeletal muscle in your body because if you can't chew and … [Read more...] about How to Self Massage your Masseter (Jaw) Muscle! Coming out of a yoga class, I had all these thoughts running amok about my self worth and the irony of how I sabotage myself, always afraid that I'm not good enough and how that paralyzes my creativity. I always want to do my utter best and sometimes I think I take it too far because it prevents me from finishing projects because my creativity will run out for that project and I'll want to move onto the next thing. Trying to find that balance and break through the fear is what I'm trying to do. … [Read more...] about What is YOUR self worth?

The first episode will probably be a lengthy primer on what is Bitcoin! (That is one of the most challenging things I've ever had to explain but I love challenges!) https://youtu.be/YwR9V2SPfHQ And as a follow … [Read more...] about Celebrating 70,000 YouTube Subscribers!
