Good advice is something a man gives when he is too old to set a bad example.

My favorite tools that make cycling practical
3M Scotchlite Reflective Tape Antranik says: When bicycling at night, you will be impossible to not be seen when you put this EXTREMELY reflective tape on your bike or helmet.
Antranik says: I use this foam roller after any exercise session and it gets rid of all my knots. It’s called self-myofascial release, which is fancy for self-massage. Best product I’ve gotten for my health in forever.
Axiom Journey Rear Rack Antranik says: Install a rear-rack on your bike to make it instantly practical for carrying things! I love the Axiom one cause it can carry up to a 150lb pound load (accommodates panniers) and it’s super affordable.
Antranik says: When researching pannier bags, everybody just kept recommending “Ortliebs.” I got them and they are the best purchase I’ve ever made for my bicycle, EVER. I wish I had done this five years ago when I first started. The bags snap onto the rack instantly and come off with a pull of the handle, and can be carried with a shoulder strap.
