There’s a whole new brand palette!
I had never gone through a format branding process, but I did so in 2024 as a precursor to launching my new website and this is what the artist came up with that we liked.
New Primary Logo

Built from strong geometric forms and angled shapes to create balance between implied motion and stability.
Color Palette

The primary colors are cool blues which represent energy, trust, and dependability, with a subtle nod to Muscle Beach.
The secondary orange color, visually communicates my warm personality and passion while balancing the masculine and feminine hues.
Lastly, the pink is used most sparingly as a tertiary color to bring a lively and youthful feel to the palette, while also drawing attention and creating visual contrast.
You can see the use of these in my latest blog post: The Only Home Gym Equipment You’ll Ever Need (From Minimalist to Ultimate Setups)
Gradients

Gradients are used throughout the brand expression to represent transformation, growth, and variance.
They also reinforce my belief that progress isn’t always linear, but rather unique to each individual’s journey and goals.
Additionally, a noisy texture applied to the gradients is used to represent my brand’s humanness and approachability.
New Website Details
The main reason for a new website was, what started out as just a blog, outgrew its original purpose since I have a YouTube channel, premium programs and blog posts, all in one place!
I wanted the site to be as future-proofed as possible, so that I don’t have to go through this process again for a long time. So there are looping background videos on many of the main pages. This required a professional video shoot and editing to take it to this level. Lots of planning was involved just for this alone.
The Training Programs page is more visually enhanced and categorically sorted. The programs were also renamed to be problem-solution oriented.
For example, instead of just titling it as “Hamstring Flexibility, ” it’s now “Hamstrings: Alleviate Discomfort From Sitting, Lower Back Pain and Increase Range of Motion”
There’s now a “Watch My Story” Video hosted on the main page where it’s a 2-minute intro to who I am and what my philosophy is behind movement.
There are now testimonials gathered from a massive survey (not made up!).
And if someone is having an issue figuring out what program to follow, a “Find My Program” quiz was created where I will personally reply back with my nuanced recommendations.
