It was always hard to find 3 times a week a slot of 1-1,5h to perform a “proper” session. With the MR I’ve only needed 20-30min and it was easy to do it each weekday. I came across your work first through Reddit, and from there your website, YouTube videos, and the Bodyweight Fitness app, during the first avoid lockdown in March 2020. I have tried weight and strength training many times in the past without managing to keep up a routine. I always did too much too soon, and it felt like nothing I did was ever enough to achieve my goals. Your approach to fitness revolutionized things. I began to approach strength training in a whole new way, with a focus not just on losing weight and building muscle, but on having greater control and sense of self in my body. I was looking for a way to work out while traveling, and stumbled upon the original r/bodyweightfitness. There I found a beginner routine with links to Antranik's videos for pre-warmup movements, warmup planks, and proper pushup form. These started me on my journey, and soon I was doing dips, handstands, and single-leg squats, too. In these ten years I've switched routines several times, concentrating on weights sometimes, at others mostly running, swimming or biking. But the warmup, planks, pushups and rows of the beginner routine are still a regular part of my week. I make a note in my journal that says, "Antranik".
