There are multiple programming options ranging from daily workouts to just 3 times a week to suit your schedule and training preferences. Each session takes only 4 to 7 minutes!
The main portion of the program uses my massive exercise library, organized by position, and progression—all with high-quality video demos such as the one below. The programming section tells you what to do and how often to do them. There’s also a nutritional guide if you need to lose fat while minimizing muscle loss to help reveal the muscles you’re building.
