Ever since getting married and returning from my honeymoon (more on that in a later post!) I’ve been keeping busy doing major updates across many of my routines.
The programs that were updated:

1) Complete overhaul of visual experience with self-hosted (HTML5) clips that pop up on the page without you leaving the page.
Before I didn’t have a clean and proper way to share video demonstrations and they were hosted on other websites. Now almost all of the video demonstrations are converted to bandwidth-efficient HTML5 clips that are hosted on my own server (less reliance on other funky websites) and they popup on the same page, allowing for more efficient navigation and a seamless experience. This was a major undertaking and one that was quite overdue. In prior years when I created these programs, HTML5 didn’t even exist and tools to support were still immature, so I’m glad I was finally able to do this.
2) Progression Exercises Reviewed and Updated
The second major update are as I was updating the media files, I have revised the progressions to be up to my latest knowledge on what is the most effective and efficient route to take.

- Updated crunch-complex in core section (of workout day #2) with individual clips.

- Programming section now has 2 options that allows you to split the legs-section on another day to save time.
- Added table-of-contents at the end of each page for easier navigation between program pages.

So all in all, you should have a much better experience in regards to navigation and flow, allowing you to focus on the workout better rather than trying to figure out what to do next. And with the updated progressions wherever was necessary, the programs are even more robust now, so check em out!
