No matter how many times you say no, they will keep asking you. Apparently they are doing it to try to improve the quality of the comments people leave on the videos. The idea being that people will be less likely to post childish bullshit or troll others if they are using their real name. Pretty interesting turn around, especially considering their privacy policy used to say the above things in red.
