If you can ride without holding the handlebars, well then, you could stretch while you’re at it, too!
In this video below I share with you some of the ways I can stretch while still riding, since we are just pretty much, sitting on a chair. Something not mentioned in the video is that it’s easier to do any of these things after you’ve been warmed up and cycling for at least 5-10 minutes.
