Hey, my name is Antranik and my passion in life is to teach you how to live a long, healthy, and active life.
But we all know our modern world is filled with sedentary comforts that make us weaker and it’s full of constant distractions that prevent us from achieving our goals.
This excessive comfort also reduces our tolerance for handling stress. But one way out of this harmful cycle is through our bodies. Our bodies were meant to move, and if we stress them in just the right ways, they can help lead us out of discomfort and into more happiness.
To solve these problems, I teach a unique blend of bodyweight exercises and yoga flows in a way that builds both strength AND flexibility. My method develops full body awareness, strengthens weak links, and allows you to be more resilient to pain and injury. And I love to keep things super fun and engaging, by teaching you how to unlock progressions and skills so you *keep* leveling up.
Now, I wasn’t a gymnast growing up, so I *know* what it’s like to struggle with these things. So whether you’re starting from scratch or trying to overcome a plateau, I know I can show you the way.
I’m also big on teaching things in a mindful manner without all the noise and myths that plague the fitness industry.
