Now that I’ve been doing yoga regularly, my body feels terrible if I don’t do it for several days. If I go on for two weeks (god forbid!) without doing yoga, my body will feel like it’s 100 years old.
I find that so interesting because I never used to do it and never felt that way before.
Take my parents for example. Or maybe you’re parents too. They’ve never done yoga more than a couple times in their life. If they go on for two weeks without stretching or doing yoga, nothing feels different for them. They just keep feeling the way they have always felt. Isn’t that interesting?
One might say, ignorance is bliss in this case… but I don’t believe the ignorant ones are necessarily in bliss to begin with. 😉
