Today’s funny image is brought to you by Married to the sea. They are sometimes, the best.
For you see, I was around 24 years old when I learned how to properly peel a banana.
Talk about a late bloomer huh!
I used to pull the handle-end until it ripped, but what I was supposed to being doing was to pinch the other side.
Look at the stubby tip above on the left side. You’re supposed to just pinch it and peel the banana easily from there. Yeah…
You know how to do that? Good!!! Well if you are one of those people who didn’t know that, then… hey! NOW YOU KNOW!
I’m glad we’re all on the same page about this.
Anyway… As ridiculous as this all sounds, since the topic is on bananas, and they make us feel good, I have linked the Banana Phone song below, because when else will I have the opportunity to include this video in a post? Enjoy!
This song drives me… bananas!

Café y Crêperie
An impeccable coffee shop you could chill at,
that has a nice ambiance both inside and outside on the relaxing patio,
with ridiculously friendly service, and the best coffee and food at a fair price!
This place makes for a great hour or two if I go with a friend, preferably, while riding our bicycles to it!
This little place is tucked away in the corner of a large shopping center, almost hidden
in the San Fernando Valley, one of the most boring places in terms of natural social interaction.
I rather give my money to Gayle’s because they deserve it.
No matter what I order, seriously, no matter what I order, it comes out amazing and delicious. And their menu is nutty, everyday they have mind-blowing special items on the menu.
This place is not only amazing as a cafe, but they have a rare menu featuring crepes (all $5) and delicious panini’s (all at $7, including a nice salad). No matter what you receive, it looks and tastes and feels like it was made with lots of LOVE! (Love that’s reminiscent of moms cooking)
Even if you order something as simple as iced coffee, you’ll receive a cup with coffee ice cubes, and you have a choice of four very-high-quality and fresh coffee’s to fill your cup with.
And the best part? The prices are lower than any Starbucks or Coffee Bean shop AND they taste better.
So if you are a coffee lover, a lover of good food, or just simply looking for a place to sit inside or outside with a friend (or your laptop, you geek you!)… Seriously check this place out!

Ever since iOS4 came out, I noticed a problem with the Notes program. If I added text to a note, I would notice that instead of saving the updated version, it would revert back to its previous version!
What a horrible, horrible glitch! How could Apple have messed something up so bad! So many ideas could have been lost without even somebody noticing that it disappeared! (out of sight, out of mind!)
So after much researching, I found out WHY this is happening and how to fix it!
The problem is that since upgrading to iOS 4, the Notes program has the ability to sync with your e-mail accounts. But it doesn’t do this very well.
Update: If you have a gmail account, the kinks might have been worked out by now. But with any other e-mail account (like yahoo or with a POP setup), it’s glitchy. Either way, I wouldn’t risk it. I believe it has to do with the fact that the iPhone, given its mobile nature, doesn’t have a solid connection to the internet like your home computer.
The solution is to make sure that all the notes you are writing, are set to save for your phone and your phone only.
1. Open your Notes program. Tap the “Accounts” button on the top of the list of notes. (I didn’t even notice they added that!)
2. Now you will see the screen display something like this:
3. If you choose”On My iPhone” you will see the Notes saved to your phone only. This is the ideal setting if you don’t want your notes program to constantly access and try to update the note with your email account and quite possibly revert to the previous version.
4. Compare what notes there are and there AREN’T in each account selection. Consolidate them one by one as new notes specifically for the “on my iPhone” account.
I had to do it by copy and pasting and I thought it was going to be a pain but it wasn’t so bad. This was actually very worth my time, because it allowed me to simultaneously clean up and delete old content that was not needed anymore.
So just make sure that you are always in the “On my iPhone” account and you won’t have to be afraid of using your Notes program anymore in fear of losing your content!
I hope that helps!

One day I decided to play with my dog Medax as usual and the digital camera was nearby so i just set it on the carpet and caught footage. She knocked the camera twice! haha anyway.. dogs are awesome.
